  1. Preheat The Oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake Churro for 8 minutes and let cool for approximately 30 seconds
  2. Immediately rool in 16:1 sugar to cinnamon mixture and then cut the churro diagonally and evenly into three pieces
  3. place a small, light coating of blueberry sauce in the center of the plate. This helps the churro stay stable on the plate.
  4. Place a generous scoop of ice cream on top of the churros
  5. Spoon blueberry pie filling on top of ice cream
  6. Top with a sprig of mint for added color and presentation
  7. Serve Immediately

It is very easy to take the basic churro and icecream combination and simple substitute any fruit topping of your choice. This recipe uses 12" Plain California Churro as a base for the cheesecake ice cream, blueberry pie filling and a sprig of mint for garnish. Easy to prepare, mouth watering and very tasty.
